Welcome to the home page of Kochavim Real Estate for Ramot, Jerusalem. The manager and owner is Yossi Rabin, a graduate of Columbia University in Computer Science and Middle East Studies. In 1984 he immigrated to Israel and worked for years in Computer Programming Development. Since 1995, he started involving himself in Real-estate for investment purposes. In 2007, he decided to enter the Real Estate field as a Private Agent. He completed training courses at Touro College in Jerusalem, and at Hamil (The Israel Center for Administration Training), and received his Real Estate License from the Justice Ministry in 2008. Since then, he has become The Expert Real-estate Agent specializing in buying and selling of private apartments in the Ramot Neighborhood of Jerusalem. ברוכים הבאים לדף הבית של תיווך הכוכבים של שכונת רמות בירושלים. מנהל ובעל המשרד הינו יוסף רבין בוגר תואר ראשון במדעי מחשב ולימודי מזרח תיכון מאוניברסיטת קולומביה בניו יורק ארה"ב. בשנת 1984 עלה ארצה ועבד בפתוח תוכנה במחשבים מעל 20 שנה. משנת 1995 במקביל, התחיל להתעסק בתחום הנדל"ן כמשקיע. בשנת 2007, החליט להיכנס לתחום הנדל"ן כמתווך. סיים בהצלחה קורסי הכשרה מ-"טורו קולג' בירושלים" ובהמי"ל (המרכז הישראלי לניהול, ת"א), וקיבל רישיון לתיווך במקרקעין ממשרד המשפטים בשנת 2008. מאז, התקדם להיות המתמחה במכירה/קניה נדל"ן פרטי בשכונת רמות הנמצאת בירושלים. מספק שירות אישי, אמין, מקצועי וייחודי. נשמח אם תיצור קשר בטלפון 571-3375 (02).
